Financial Results
Vancouver, British Columbia, May 05, 2017 – Internati onal Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) -
(TSX: ITH) (NYSE-MKT: THM) today announced that it has filed its unaudited first quarter Financial
Statements and associated Management Discussion a nd Analysis and Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for
the three-month period ended March 31, 2017.
As of March 31, 2017, the Company had working cap ital of $6.0 million. The Company believes the
current working capital will be sufficient for it to complete its anticipated 2017 work plan at the
Livengood Gold Project and satisfy its currently anti cipated general and administrative costs through the
2017 fiscal year.
