ROCK EDGE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES NEW CEO AND PRESIDENT

Vancouver, British Columbia , October 03.rd, 2022: Rock Edge Resources Ltd. (the "Company"

or "Rock Edge") (CSE: REDG) announces the appointment of Charles Desjardins as its new Chief

Executive Officer and President, effective immediately. Mr. Desjardins is presently a member of the

Company Board Of Directors.

The Company further announces Gary Musil has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, President and

Director of the Company. Management would like to thank Gary for his services and wishes him well

in his future endeavors.
