IsoEnergy Engages Mackie Research Capital for Market Maker Services

Vancouver, BC, July 30, 2018 – IsoEnergy Ltd. (“IsoEnergy” or the “ Company”) (TSXV: ISO; OTCQX: ISENF) is

pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has retained Mackie Research Capital Corporation

to provide market making services to the Company in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX

Venture Exchange and other applicable legislation.

Mackie will trade shares of IsoEnergy on the TSXV with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and

improving the liquidity of IsoEnergy's common shares. Under the terms of the agreement, Mackie will receive

$4,000 per month payable q uarterly in advance. The agreement is effective August 1, 2018 and will continue

in effect unless terminated by either party. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement and

Mackie will not receive shares or options as compensation. Mackie and the Company are unrelated and

unaffiliated entities, but Mackie may provide investment banking services to the Company and Mackie and/or

its clients may have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company.

Option Grant

The Company has also granted 1,080,000 incentive stock options to certain officers, directors, consultants and

employees of the Company (the “ Options”) pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan . In addition to the

Options, the Company has also granted Kin Communications Inc. (“ Kin”) 40,000 stock options as investor

relations consultants (the “Kin Options”) to the Company.

The Options were granted on July 30, 2018 (the “Grant Date”), have a term of five years, vest in three annual

installments commencing on the Grant Date, are exercisable at a price of $ 0.36 per common share of the

Company. The Kin Options were also granted on July 30, 2018, have a term of 5 years, vest in equal quarterly

installments over a 12-month period commencing on the three-month anniversary of the Grant Date, and are

exercisable at a price of $0.36 per common share of the Company. All of the stock option grants are subject to

TSXV acceptance.
