IEMR ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN DIRECTORS
(Vancouver, June 16, 2016) – IEMR Resources Inc. (TSXV: IRI) (the "Company") announces that
Xiaotong Fu and Zhichao Chen have resigned as directors of the Company . The Board of Directors now
consists of Charles Yuen, Zheng Fu and Natalie Ni Shi.
