VANCOUVER, CANADA, Voleo Trading Systems Inc. (TRAD: TSX-V, VLEOF: OTC-QB) (“Voleo”,
the “ Company”), announces that Ms. Nicky Senyard has tendered her resignati on to the Board of
Directors. The Company expects to name a replacement in the near future and further expects to provide
an update on various key strategic initiatives in the near future.
