CALGARY, ALBERTA November 20, 2018 - Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (the “Corporation” or “Bayshore”)
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alex Falconer as a Director of the Company . The
appointment is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Falconer is a Toronto based Chartered Public Accountant (CPA, CA) and has over 30 years of
experience working with public and private companies operating in the oil & gas, minerals, and
technology industries. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of both a TSXV listed company
and a CSE listed company and h as been a director and audit committee member of many resource-
based issuers. Mr. Falconer will be a member of the Audit Committee of Bayshore.
