VANCOUVER, BC / May 25, 2023 / iMetal Resources, Inc. (TSX.V:IMR)

(OTCQB:IMRFF) (FRANKFURT:A7V) ("iMetal" or the "Company") an emerging

gold exploration company, is pleased to announce the formation of an Advisory Board

to assist in the further development of the Company and the appointment of Mining

Industry Veteran Robert Scott as the Inaugural Advisor.

Robert James Scott is a CPA, CA, and CFA Charterholder, and brings more than 20

years of professional experience in accounting, corporate finance, and merchant and

commercial banking. He is a founder and President of Corex Management Inc., a

private company providing accounting, administration and corporate compliance

services to privately held and publicly traded companies and has served on the

management teams and boards of a number of Canadian publicly traded companies.

Some of Mr. Scott's current and recent senior management and board positions with

TSX Venture Exchange Issuers include First Helium Inc, ValOre Metals Corp, Riverside

Resources Inc., and Great Bear Resources Ltd.
