CORPORATE UPDATE – BOARD APPOINTMENT AND STOCK OPTION GRANT
Vancouver, BC, February 1 st, 2019 – iMetal Resources Inc. (TSX.V: IMR) (“iMetal” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announced that Mr. Sa tvir (Saf) Dhillon has been appo inted to its Board of
Directors.
Mr. Dhillon who was welcomed to the Board of Directors as of December 5 th, 2018 and has been
involved in the development of companies primarily listed on the TSX Venture Exchange for about 20
years. He has held a variety of positions including investor relations, business development, senior
management and board directorships.
As part of the management team at U.S. Geothermal Inc., (NYSE MKT: HTM), during his 12-year tenure
there, the market capitaliza tion increased from $2 million to $250 million and it successfully became an
Independent Power Producer. Mr. Dhillon is currently the President/CEO and Director of Glacier Lake
Resources Inc. (TSXV: GLI) and he also sits on the Board of Equatorial Explora tion Corp. (TSXV:
EXX), UC Resources Ltd. (TSXV: UC .H), Earl Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ERL) , E.S.I. Environmental
Sensors Inc. (TSXV: ESV.H) as well as providing his skills and knowledge to several other private and
public companies.
On December 13 th, 2018 The Company granted 200,000 stock options at $0.11 to a director of the
Company, the options shall vest immediately with an expiry date of December 13 th, 2023 and are subject
to TSX Venture Exchange Approval.
