Adroit Resources Inc.’s Italian Antimony Permits Renewed, Environmental Impact Study on Effects of Drilling Expanded to Include Effects of Metals Extraction and Board Changes

Management Changes Exploration Programs Permits & Approvals

News Release – February 5th, 2013 ADROIT RESOURCES INC.’S ITALIAN ANTIMONY PERMITS RENEWED, ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STUDY ON EFFECTS OF DRILLING EXPANDED TO INCLUDE EFFECTS OF METALS EXTRACTION AND BOARD CHANGES

Vancouver, Canada, February 5th, 2013. Adroit Resources Inc.’s Italian Antimony Permits Renewed,

Drilling Application Withdrawn to Carry Out Further Studies With A View to Extraction and Board Changes. Management is pleased to report that all Italian exploration permits have been renewed. This was confirmed by regional decree dated December 14th, 2012. The six renewals expire on 17th December 2013. The renewals include: Faggio Scritto (246ha), Poggio Pietricci (653ha), Poggio Monticchio (162ha) and I Salaioli (366ha), situated within the Manciano area, some 50km south of the Company’s project office in Grosseto and the Poggio Fogari (439ha) and I Monti (273ha). Adroit’s wholly owned Italian subsidiary, Risorse dei Minerali Naturali Srl (RMN) was also granted three new permits in 2012 which cover 1,696 Hectares (Ha) in aggregate and are called Valle Lupara (388 Ha), Catabbio (926 Ha) and Selvena (382 Ha) and expire May 31, 2014. With the new permits, Adroit has almost doubled its area of exploration in Italy, giving a total land package of 3,835 ha.

The Manciano region was, by world standards, a significant producer of Antimony (Sb) with several deposits mined over the past century. Production in the area ceased in the 1980’s with the closure of the Tafone mine. Despite the cessation of historical production, several new occurrences or extensions to mined deposits were identified in the late 1980′s but never developed, as production was winding down due to low prices. The Company is currently assessing some of these Antimony deposits for eventual commercial exploitation.

Exploration and resource evaluation, carried out prior to the mine closures, indicated the presence of considerable Antimony resources in the district and, more particularly, within the Company’s permits. Based on its work carried out in the 1980’s, SAMIM, an Italian company mining several antimony deposits in the area at the time, estimated the presence of over 2.8Mt of ore grading 0.77% Sb, yielding over 21,000t of Sb metal, including a higher-grade zone of about 465,000t grading 1.58% Sb on the Faggio Scritto prospect, astride the Poggio Pietricci and Faggio Scritto tenements. The mineralization, occurs near surface, and remains open in several directions (See News Releases of June 13, 2007 and February 4, 2008). It occurs in close proximity to the former Macchia Casella mine which reportedly produced over 1,100 tons of Sb metal from high-grade ore (>10%) between 1939 and 1953. Historical work carried out on the Company’s other Antimony prospects estimated resources of 25,000t grading 1.3% Sb at Poggio Monticchio and 31,500t at 1.5% Sb on the I Salaioli prospect. These deposits remain open in several directions.

As Adroit’s goal is to proceed to mining as quickly as possible, our original environmental studies to examine the effects of drilling have been expanded to include the effects of metals extraction within two of its most prospective historic resources, the Poggio Pietricci and Faggio Scritto tenements.

Graeme Rowland, President and Chairman, stated: ‘We are pleased that our Italian permits have been renewed. The area where we intend to establish a current resource calculation has been drilled extensively in the past, as the historical resource is based on this drilling. As the area was also mined previously both as an open pit and underground mine, without having caused any material damage to the local environment, we are confident that we too will be able to drill and eventually extract antimony and other metals in an environmentally sound way that brings jobs and prosperity to the area. We are committed to defining a course of action that can be realised with the assistance of local universities to provide further information. This information means that should resource calculation drilling on historical currently non-compliant 43-101 resources be successful, along with step out drilling, we will be able to move more swiftly towards production.’
