TRUE GRIT RESOURCES MAILS PROXY MATERIALS FOR SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
November 27, 2018, Vancouver, BC – TRUE GRIT RESOURCES LTD. (the “Company” or “True Grit”)
(TSXV-NEX: “TGI.H”) confirms that th e Notice of Meeting and Information Circular of the Company dated
November 21, 2018 and the related form of proxy (colle ctively, the “Meeting Mate rials”) have been mailed to
shareholders of record as at November 14, 2018. True Grit confirms that the Meeting Materials can be accessed
online under the Company’s profile on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) or shareholders can request copies from the
Company by email to [email protected].
The Meeting Materials are being distributed in connectio n with the annual general and special meeting of the
shareholders of True Grit to approve th e: (i) setting of the directors at four ; (ii) appointment of directors; (iii)
appointment of auditors and fixing th e remuneration to be paid to the au ditors for the fiscal year ending
March 31, 2019 and (iv) ratification of the Company’s stock option plan. This meeting has been set for 10:00
a.m. (PST) on December 21, 2018 at the offices of Clark Wilson LLP located at Suite 900 – 885 West Georgia
Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
In the event of a postal disruption as a result of a Cana da Post labour disruption or other cause, please access
the Meeting Materials as noted above and see the sections entitled “Proxies and Voting Rights” (pages 1 to 3)
and “Advice to Beneficial Owners” (pages 3 to 4) in the Company’s Information Circular dated November 21,
2018 (the “Circular”) for information on how to obtain and submit a form of proxy or voting information form,
as applicable. Pacific Arc shareholders are encouraged to vote using the internet, telephone or fax numbers
provided in the Circular to ensure th eir vote is received prior to the vo ting cut off on December 19, 2018 at
10:00 a.m. (PST).
