NEWS RELEASE
TRUE GRIT ANNOUNCES ENTRY INTO AN AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE EXCLUSIVE
RIGHTS TO A MINERAL PERMIT IN ARIZONA
VANCOUVER, BC – August 30, 2017 – True Grit Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (NEX: TGI.H) is
pleased to announce that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, it has entered into an agreement to
acquire exclusive rights to a strategic, 640 acre Arizona State Land, Mineral Exploration Permit,
which will form part of the Company’s Arizona lithium project. This key parcel of land represents
the final land acquisition necessary to move the project forward. To date, a total of 6,450 acres have
been procured pursuant to placer claims and State Mineral Exploration Permits.
The Company’s land position is centered over deeper portions of a structural basin hosting thick
sections of evaporate mineral deposits, overlain by younger, floodplain sediments. Of particular
interest are USGS generated, well water chemical analyses, documenting anomalous lithium values.
Historically, water wells have been drilled through the evaporate deposits to exploit a deeper,
gravel hosted fresh water aquifer, and brines positioned up section of this aquifer have never been
systematically tested. The Company believes that potential, economic lithium bearing brines,
hosted within the evaporate sequence, present a highly prospective exploration target.
