TRUE GRIT ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NICOLAS BARR
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Vancouver, BC (April 12, 2018) True Grit Resources Lt d (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Nicholas R. Barr to the board of directors.
Mr. Barr, a geologist, has ove r 40 years of industry experience primarily in exploration fo r precious and base
metals, massive sulfides, uranium, industrial minerals and gold placers in Arizona, Nevada, California and
Idaho. His recent consulting included 18 months engage d in all phases of lithium-in-brine exploration in
Clayton Valley, Nevada. Mr. Barr earned his B.S. Geology at Southern Oregon State University (1978).
“Nick’s experience in drilling, target generation, and permitting and his background in lithium brine exploration
will be invaluable to True Grit” states Byron Coulthard.
True Grit has acquired a very strategic land position in the Safford Basin of Arizona. The Company looks to
refine drilling targets in the very near future to test the economic potential of the project based on historical
water well sampling by the US Geological Survey in th e 1980's and 90's documenting anomalous lithium, as
well as True Grit's recent encouraging results generated through the combination of MMI soil geochemistry
and resistivity data interpretation.
Mr. Alan Williams has resigned from the board effective immediately. The company thanks Al for all his work
and wishes him all the best going forward. Mr. Williams will be a consultant to help the company.
