GOLD STATE ANNOUNCES WITHDRAWAL OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia (September 15, 2021) – Gold State Resources Inc. (formerly Cyon
Exploration Ltd.) (“Gold State” or the “ Company”) (TSXV: GOST | OTCQB: CYNXF | FSE: C2YD)
announces that due to the recent substantial increase in the Company’s share price, it is
withdrawing the $1,000,000 private placement at $0.10 per Unit announced on August 12, 2021.

North and South America. The Company is currently focused on its Black Rock Canyon gold
property that is favorably located within the Cortez gold trend of the Battle Mountain-Eureka
