IAMGOLD SHAREHOLDERS RE-ELECT BOARD OF DIRECTORS

shareholder voting at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders on May 7, 2019, has resulted in the
election of all the directors listed as nominees in management’s information circular dated March 26, 2019.
