December 4, 2017, Vancouver, BC, Canada –ALIX RESOURCES CORP. (“Alix” or the

“Company”) (AIX-TSX:V) (37N –FRANKFURT) announces it intends to change its name to

"Infinite Lithium Corp." to better reflect its focused business strategy effective on December 6, 2017.

Effective on December 6, 2017 , the Company’s common shares will trade on the TSX Venture

Exchange under the new ticker symbol "ILI".
