ITAFOS UPGRADES TO OTCQX® BEST MARKET

HOUSTON, TX – June 26, 2025 – Itafos Inc. (TSX-V: IFOS) (OTCQX: ITFS) (“Itafos” or “the Company”) today announces that the OTC

Markets Group Inc., operator of regulated markets for trading 12,000 US and international securities, has approved the Company’ s

application to trade on the OTCQX® Best Market, upgrading from the Pink® market. Itafos will begin trading today on the OTCQX under

the symbol “ITFS”.

Trading on the OTCQX Best Market offers Itaf os an efficient, cost-effective way to acce ss the US capital markets, provides tran sparent

trading for its US investors, and allows the Company to utilize the international market reporting standards it adheres to while trading on

the TSX-V exchange. To qualify for the OTCQX Best Market, com panies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice

corporate governance, and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws.

About Itafos

The Company is a phosphate and specialty fertilizer company. The Company’s businesses and projects are as follows:

 Conda – a vertically integrated phosphate fertilizer business lo cated in Idaho, US with production capacity as follows:

- approximately 550kt per year of monoammonium p hosphate (“MAP”), MAP with micronutrients (“MAP+”),

superphosphoric acid (“SPA”), merchant grade phosphoric acid (“MGA”) and ammonium polyphosphate (“APP”); and

- approximately 27kt per year of hy drofluorosilicic acid (“HFSA”);

 Arraias – a vertically integrated phosphat e fertilizer business located in Tocantins, Brazil with production capacity as follows:

- approximately 500kt per year of single superphosph ate (“SSP”) and SSP with micronutrients (“SSP+”); and

- approximately 40kt per year of excess sulfuric acid (220kt per year gross sulfuric acid production capacity);

 Farim – a high-grade phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau; and

 Santana – a vertically integrated hi gh-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Pará, Brazil.
