IDEX Metals Announces Filing of Final Base Shelf Prospectus
Vancouver, B.C. – June 15, 2026 – IDEX Metals Corp. (" IDEX" or the "Company") (TSXV: IDEX;
OTCQB: IDXMF) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated June 1, 2026, it has
filed a final short form base shelf prospectus (the “ Final Shelf Prospectus ”) with the securities
commissions in each of the provinces and territories of Canada. The Final Shelf Prospectus will allow
the Company to offer up to $50,000,000 of common shares, warrants, subscription receipts, debt
securities, or any combination thereof, from time to time over a 25-month period that the Final Shelf
Prospectus remains effective.
The specific terms of any future offering of securities (if any) will be set forth in a shelf prospectus
supplement (a “Prospectus Supplement”) which will be filed with the applicable Canadian securities
regulatory authorities in connection with any such offering. A copy of the Final Shelf Prospectus and
any Prospectus Supplements that may be filed in the future, can be found under the Company’s
SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
As previously announced, the Company completed a brokered private placement of 20,125,000
special warrants of the Company (“ Special Warrants”) at a price of $0.40 per Special Warrant for
aggregate gross proceeds of $8,050,000 on May 5, 2026. Each Special Warrant is exercisable, for
no additional consideration at the option of the holder, into one unit of the Company (each, a "Unit"),
with each Unit being comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (a “ Common
Share”) and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “ Warrant”).
The Company intends to file a Prospectus Supplement to the Final Shelf Prospectus qualifying the
distribution of the Common Shares and Warrants to be issued upon exercise of the Special Warrants
as soon as possible.
