IDEX Metals Announces AGM Results and Grants of Options and RSUs

Vancouver, B.C. – July 10, 2026 – IDEX Metals Corp. ("IDEX" or the "Company") (TSXV: IDEX;

OTCQB: IDXMF) is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the Company’s

shareholders held on June 25, 2026 (the “ Meeting”) shareholders voted in favour of, and

approved, all items of business.

All matters presented for approval at the Meeting were duly authorized and approved, including:

(a) the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP. as auditor of the Company for the ensuing

year; (b) the re-election of Anne Labelle, Clayton Fisher, Johnathan Dewdney and Simon

Dyakwoski as directors of the Company and (c) approval of the Company's amended and restated

omnibus equity incentive plan.

The Company also announced under the Company’s amended and restated omnibus equity

incentive plan, the Company has granted a total of 2,950,000 stock options (“ Options”) and

2,300,000 restricted share units (“ RSUs”) to certain directors, officers and consultants of the

Company.

Each Option is exercisable for one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.40

per share for a period of five years from the grant date. 25% of the options granted will vest every

six months following the date of grant. All RSUs ve st at 50% after 12 months from the date of

grant and 25% every six months thereafter, fully vesting on January 10, 2029. All Options and

RSUs are subject to the terms of the Company’s amended and restated omnibus equity incentive

plan, applicable securities law hold periods and approvals of the TSX Venture Exchange.
