Reno, Nevada, February 27, 2025 – i-80 GOLD C O R P. (TSX:IAU) (NYSE:IAUX) ("i-80 Gold", or the
"Company") will host an Investor Day on Thursday, March 6, 2025 in Toronto. The event will feature a
presentation on the Company’s growth strategy, portfolio of gold projects – building on insights from the
recently completed preliminary economic assessments – and recapitalization plan. Attendees will also have
the opportunity to participate in question-and-answer sessions with members of the management team and
senior leadership team.
