Harvest Gold Announces Updates on Annual General Meeting
Vancouver British Columbia – March 25, 2020 – Harvest Gold Corporation (“ Harvest
Gold” or the “ Company”) (TSXV: HVG), wishes to remind its shareholders that its annual
general meeting (the “AGM”) is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 11 am PST.
Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic the Company wishes to encourage all
shareholders to vote prior to the proxy cut-off da te of Friday, March 27, 2020 at 11:00 am PST to
ensure their votes are tabulated and further asks th at shareholders, if at all possible, to please
avoid attending the AGM in person.
This request by the Company of its shareholde rs comes after considering recent Provincial and
Federal guidance regarding public gatherings, and to proactively protect the health and wellbeing
of the Company’s shareholders, officers, directors and service providers that participate in the
AGM.
If a shareholder does choose to attend the AGM in person, they may be screened at the entrance
for symptoms.
