Harvest GOLD Announces Update ON Its Mosseau Option Agreement
HARVEST GOLD ANNOUNCES UPDATE ON ITS MOSSEAU OPTION AGREEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia/ January 23, 2024 - Harvest Gold Corporation (TSXV: HVG) (“Harvest
Gold” or the “ Company”) made its application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the “ Exchange”) in
December 2023 and on January 17, 2024 it received conditional approval for, the Option Agreement (the
“Agreement”) entered into with Vior Inc. for the Mosseau Gold Project (“Mosseau Gold Project”).
Closing is subject to the receipt of final approval. As per policy, we are updating shareholders and the
market that f inal approval will be provided once the Exchange has completed its review of all materials
filed in connection with the application.
