Gold” or the “Company”) (TSXV: HVG), wishes to announce that its Annual General Meeting
(the “Meeting”) will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 11 am (Vancouver Time) . T he
meeting is scheduled to be held at Suite 804, 750 West Pender Street , Vancouver, British
Columbia.
The record date for the Meeting is Tuesday, February 25, 2020 and the proxy voting cut-off time
& date is 11:00 am (Vancouver Time) on Friday March 27, 2020. NOBO shareholders in Canada
should contact their broker to ensure that their address is correct and that they are coded to
receive proxy materials from the Company.
Following the mailing, copies of the P roxy Material and other relevant doc umentation will be
filed on SEDAR.
