LIDO MINERALS ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF LOI
TO ACQUIRE HERCULES PROPERTY
Vancouver, British Columbia – March 29, 2021 – Lido Minerals Ltd. (“Lido” or the “Company”) (CSE:LIDO)
announces that the amended and restated non-binding letter of intent (“LOI”) to acquire 100% of the
Hercules Silver Property (see Lido’s press release dated November 18, 2020) has been terminated in
accordance with the provisions of the LOI.
