Bighorn Metals Engages Fairfax Partners Inc. for Investor Relations and Digital Marketing Services

Marketing Announcement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – TheNewswire - August 21, 2026 – Bighorn Metals Corp. (CSE: HRNY) (“Bighorn Metals” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has engaged Fairfax Partners Inc. (“Fairfax Partners”), headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, to provide investor relations management, communications infrastructure, and digital marketing services. The engagement for a total of up to CAD $150,000 plus applicable taxes is effective August 19, 2026 and is for an initial term of six (6) months.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Consultant will deliver the Momentum Campaign across four components. The campaign landing page (hosted on the Momentum property, featuring a Bighorn Metals narrative, live share-price and SEDAR+/CSE news widgets, and Company-approved lead-capture forms) leads the digital presence. Content and outreach (up to six “At the Helm” long-form interview features with Management or another Company-designated executive, plus at least six Company-approved newsletter placements at approximately one per month) drives investor engagement with the Momentum audience. Paid digital advertising (search, social, and finance-audience network placements promoting the landing page and approved content to CSE-listed and Canadian small-cap resource equity audiences, with consultant-developed creative subject to written Company approval) extends campaign reach. Platform and reporting infrastructure (campaign setup and management across the Momentum property and approved channels, provisioning of the trained Fair investor-relations agent tuned to Bighorn Metals, provisioning of the investor CRM workspace, and monthly performance reports) supports ongoing execution and oversight. Including any additional Momentum activity of equivalent scope during the Term, the engagement represents an aggregate of up to CAD $150,000, at the Company's discretion, plus applicable taxes, renewable only by mutual written agreement of the parties.

Kosta Tsoutsis, Chief Executive Officer of Bighorn Metals, commented: “This engagement marks an important step in strengthening our investor communications as we continue to advance our corporate and exploration strategy, with an initial focus on advancing the Loljuh copper-gold property in British Columbia. As a public and listed company, we believe Fairfax Partners’ Momentum platform will help us increase our visibility, broaden our shareholder base, and create meaningful long-term value for our shareholders.”
