QMET Amends Agreement to Acquire Colchester Natural Hydrogen Explora$on Assets Adjacent to
QIMC’s Nova Sco$a Hydrogen District
Vancouver, Bri$sh Columbia – May 6, 2025 – Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (the “ Company ” or
“QMET ”) (CSE: QMET) (Frankfurt: 0NB) (OTCPK: BTKRF) is pleased to announce that it has entered
into an amended and restated acquision agreement (as amended the “Revised Agreement”) amending
and restang its acquision agreement (the “Original Agreement”) with the beneficial owners of the
with the beneficial owners of the Colchester project. The Colchester project comprises 8 licenses
totaling 559 claims, strategically posioned adjacent to Quebec Innovave Materials Corp. (QIMC)'s
Nova Scoa hydrogen district. The Original Agreement referenced the wrong claims and the Revised
Agreement reflects the intended claims to be sold to the Company. Investors should disregard the maps
in the Company’s press release dated April 7, 2025 and instead reference the below maps.

Under the terms of the Revised Agreement the Company is required to pay a non-refundable $25,000
payment (which has already been paid) and issue 8,000,000 common shares to the Sellers in exchange
for the Colchester project. In addion, QMET has granted certain Sellers a 2.0% royalty on revenues from
the sale of any hydrogen or other minerals on the property (the “Sellers’ Royalty”). 50% of the Sellers’
Royalty may be purchased for $2,000,000.
The transacon is subject to approval of the CSE. The Sellers are arms-length to the Company. The
securies issued will be subject to a four month and one day hold from the date of issuance.
