Q PRECIOUS & BATTERY METALS CORP. TO SETTLE OUTSTAN DING DEBT
July 4, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia. Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (the “Company ”) (CSE:
QMET) (Frankfurt: 0NB) (OTCPK: BTKRF) is pleased to announce that proposes to settle outstanding
indebtedness of up to $288,125 in exchange for an a ggregate of up to 5,762,500 common shares of the
Company at a price of $0.05 per common share. This debt settlement is anticipated to include outstanding
indebtedness of $20,000 owing to the Company’s CFO, Krystal Pineo and $20,000 owing to a director of
the Company, Kwaku Ashong.
The securities, when issued will be subject to a fo ur month and one day hold from the date of issuance . In
addition, the debt settlement is subject to the approval of the CSE.
