Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. Announces Private Placement
December 4, 2024 – Vancouver, British Columbia. Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (the “Company ”)
(CSE: QMET) (Frankfurt: 0NB) (OTCPK: BTKRF) announc es a proposed a private placement for gross
proceeds of up to $750,000 issuing a combination of flow-through units (“FT Units”) at a price of 0.10 per
FT Unit and non-flow through units (“NFT Units”) at a price of $0.075 per NFT Unit subject to CSE approval.
Each FT Unit consists of one flow-through common share and one half of one whole share purchase warrant
(each whole warrant a “Warrant”). Each NTF Unit co nsists of one non-flow-through common share and
one half of one whole Warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase a common share at a price
of $0.12 per share for a two-year term (the “Warran t Term”).
The Company will pay finders fees of up to 10% cash and 10% finder’s warrants (the “Finder’s Warrants” )
to eligible finders. Each Finder’s Warrant shall be exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share for a tw o year
term.
The securities issued will be subject to a four month and one day hold from the date of issuance.
The proceeds from the offering will be for mineral exploration activities and general working capital.
