March 19, 2024, Vancouver, BC – Q Battery Metals Corp . (“Q Battery” or the “Company) (C: QMET) is

pleased to announce that it plans to change its name to “Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp.” and the trading

symbol will remain “QMET”. The change of name is subject to acceptance of the Canadian Securities

Exchange.
