BLACK TUSK CLOSES FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT
December 31, 2021 – Vancouver, British Columbia. Black Tusk Resources Inc. (the “Company ”) (CSE:
TUSK) (Frankfurt: 0NB) (OTCPK: BTKRF) is pleased to announce that it has closed a private placement
for gross proceeds of $260,000 issuing a total of 6 ,500,000 Units (each a “Unit”) at a price of $0.04 per
Unit.
Each Unit consists of on flow-through common share and one share purchase warrant (each a “Warrant”).
Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.05 per share for a two-
year term (the “Warrant Term”).
In addition, the Company paid a $20,000 in cash com missions and issued 500,000 Warrants to brokers.
The securities issued will be subject to a four month and one day hold from the date of issuance.
The proceeds from the offering will be for qualifying mineral exploration expenditures.
