Hercules Complete Shares for Debt
HERCULES ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR DEBT TRANSACTION
Vancouver, BC – April 18, 2024 – Hercules Resources Corp. (CSE: HERC) (“ Hercules”, the “Com-
pany”) is pleased to announce, pursuant to a debt settlement agreement, the Company settled
certain debts in the aggregate amount of $14 ,000 that were owing and payable to a consultant
of the company through the issuance of 52,830 common shares in the capital of the company at
a deemed issue price of $0.265 cents per common share.
All securities issued in connection with the debt settlement are subject to a statutory hold period
ending August 18, 2024 in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
