Hercules Announces Closing of Shares FOR Debt Transaction
HERCULES ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SHARES FOR DEBT TRANSACTION
Vancouver BC, June 11 2024 - Hercules Resources Corp (CSE:HERC) (“Hercules” or the
“Company”), announces, pursuant to a debt settlement agreement, Hercules Resources Corp.
has settled certain debts in the aggregate amount of $ 21,000 that were owing and payable to a
consultant of the company through the issuance of 105,000 common shares in the capital of the
company at a deemed issue price of 20 cents per common share.
All securities issued in connection with the debt settlement are subject to a statutory hold period
ending October 11, 2024 in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
