HAWKEYE RECEIVES EXTENSION TO COMPLETE 2ND TRANCHE FINANCING
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - HAWKEYE Gold & Diamond Inc. (the “Company”
or "HAWKEYE") (TSX.V-HAWK; Frankfurt Ticker: HGT; WKN: A12A61 ISIN:
CA42016R3027): is pleased to announce that HAWKEYE has received TSX Venture Exchange
acceptance to extend the period of time which the Company has to complete the second tranche of
its $450,000 financing (the “Financing”) to November 15, 2021. The Financing was originally
announced on September 2, 2021 (news release No. 360 – 2021) and on September 30, 2021, the
Issuer announced that it had closed upon the first tranche of the Financing for total proceeds of
$340,361 (news release No. 365 – 2021).
Managment confirms there is no undisclosed material information in the affairs of the Company.
