HAWKEYE Gold Director Resigns
Vancouver, British Columbia - HAWKEYE Gold & Diamond Inc. (the “Company” or

announces the resignation of Ms. Maureen Watson from its Board of Directors and CFO. Due to M s.
Watson’s other personal mortgage business interests and time constraints, she felt it appropriate to tender
her resignation while remaining supportive of the Company . The Company thanks Ms. Watson for her
contributions and loyalty to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
