HARFANG ANNOUNCES SUBMISSION OF EXPLORATION PERMIT

APPLICATIONS IN ADVANCE OF PLANNED WINTER

2027 DRILL PROGRAMS

MONTREAL, September 23, 2026 - Harfang Exploration Inc. (TSXV: HAR) (“Harfang” or the “Company”) is

pleased to announce that it has submitted exploration permit applications for its Sky Lake, Blakelock, and

Menarik West properties (see Figure 1), in anticipation of planned winter 2027 diamond drilling programs at

each project.

The planned programs represent a significant advancement of Harfang’s exploration portfolio and are designed

to follow up on encouraging results generated through the Company’s recent exploration activities, while

testing new high-priority targets identified through ongoing geological work.

“We are very pleased to be moving forward with permitting for three drill programs that collectively represent

some of the most important exploration opportunities in Harfang’s portfolio,” said Rick Breger, President and

CEO of Harfang Exploration. “At Sky Lake, we are looking to build on a successful first phase of drilling and

test the potential for additional high-grade mineralized shoots. Blakelock represents an entirely new drilling

opportunity for Harfang, with a large land position along the Casa Berardi deformation zone and an extensive

body of geological and geophysical data now being integrated into our targeting model. At Menarik West, our

partnership with SOQUEM allows us to advance a series of compelling targets with the upcoming program fully

funded under the terms of our partnership.”

Sky Lake – Follow-up Drilling at the Koval Zone

The Sky Lake Property is located 35 km southwest of Pickle Lake, Ontario. Harfang is planning follow-up drilling

within the Koval Zone, building on the positive results of the Company’s winter 2025 drill program that returned

high-grade gold intercepts, including: 7.0 g/t Au over 18.0 metres; and 4.5 g/t Au over 15.6 metres. The 2025

program also provided important geological and structural information supporting the interpretation of a main

mineralized shoot within the Koval Zone (see news releases dated May 14 and 28, 2025).

The planned winter 2027 program will focus on drilling along strike within the Koval Zone, with the objective of

testing the potential for additional mineralized shoots and expanding the known mineralized system. Harfang

believes that the combination of high-grade gold mineralization, favourable structural controls, and the

significant strike extent of the Koval Zone warrant further systematic drilling.

The Company continues to positively engage with the Mishkeegogamang Ojibway Nation (“MON”) following

completion of the Traditional Knowledge and Land Use Study (“TKLUS”). Harfang is working collaboratively

with MON to formalize the relationship and ensure alignment as the Company advances its planned winter

2027 exploration program.

Blakelock – Maiden Drill Program

At the Blakelock Property, located 50 km west of Orezone’s Casa Berardi Gold Mine and in the Archean Abitibi

region of Ontario, Harfang is planning its maiden diamond drill program. This program represents the next

major phase of exploration on the property since it consolidated the asset through the Company’s acquisition

of NewOrigin Gold Corp. in November 2024.

The Blakelock property encompasses approximately 25 kilometres of prospective ground along the Casa

Berardi deformation zone, a major regional structure that hosts several gold and polymetallic deposits,

including the Casa Berardi Gold Mine.

Since consolidating the property, Harfang has undertaken an extensive compilation and reinterpretation of

historical geological, geochemical, and geophysical data. The Company has also been acquiring and advancing

new induced polarization (“IP”) geophysical information to improve its understanding of the underlying geology

and identify priority drill targets. This work is being incorporated into an updated three-dimensional geologic

model that will guide the selection and prioritization of drill holes for the planned winter 2027 campaign.

Menarik West – SOQUEM-Funded Drill Program

At the Menarik West Property in James Bay, Québec, Harfang is planning a winter 2027 drill program in

partnership with, and fully funded by, SOQUEM, pursuant to the parties’ Option and Joint Venture Agreement

(see news release dated July 29, 2025).

The program will test a series of high-priority targets generated through extensive exploration conducted by

Harfang and SOQUEM. Priority areas include the Cox and Pierre zones, where recent exploration has identified

multiple compelling targets for follow-up drilling.

The planned drilling will be designed to test these priority targets and further evaluate the potential for

additional mineralization across the Menarik West property. As operator of the SOQUEM-funded exploration

program, Harfang will oversee the execution of the winter 2027 drilling campaign.
