NSTONE GOLD Announces Warrant Extension
VANCOUVER, BC – August 5, 2022 – Hanstone Gold Co rp. (TSXV: HANS) (FSE: HGO) ("Hansto ne" or the
"Company"), intends to extend the exercise period of a total of 18,812,014 share purchase warrants .
12,515,766 of the warrants are exercisable at $0.25 per common share, 2,927,248 of the warrants are
exercisable at $0.35 per common share, and 3,369,000 of the warrants are exercisable at $0.30 per common
share (collectively, the "Warrants").
All of the Warrants were issued pursuant to private placement s 15,443,014 of which closed on August 19,
2020 and 3,369,000 of which closed on December 23, 2020. The Company proposes to extend the expiry
dates for the Warrants by an additional twelve months and accordingly, the new expiry dates for the Warrants
would be August 19, 2023 and December 23, 2023 respectively.
All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged. The Warrant extension is subject to
acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
