KOLA MINING TO CHANGE ITS NAME TO MITCHELL RESOURCES LTD.

Vancouver, Canada – Kola Mining Corp. (“Kola” or the “Company”) (TSXV: KM) announces that the Company is changing its name to “Mitchell Resources Ltd.”, as approved by the board of directors, in accordance with the articles of the Company, and by the TSX Venture Exchange. Effective May 27, 2015, the Company’s shares will be trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new name “Mitchell Resources Ltd.” and trading symbol “MI”.
