Amended Technical Report
"). The Amended Technical Report does not change the
mineral resources outlined in the original report dated
August 17
, 2017.
The Amended Technical Report has been filed as a result of a review by the British Columbia
Securities Commission (the "
BCSC
"). Pursuant to the review, the Company updated the original
report with further disclosure to ensure full compliance with NI 43-101. The BCSC review is now
complete.
