Vancouver, British Columbia / November 15, 2021 – S ilver Hammer Mining Corp. (CSE: HAMR,
OTCQB: HAMRF) (“Silver Hammer” or the “Company”) announces that, at the request of IIROC, the
Company wishes to confirm that the Company’s manage ment is unaware of any material change in the
Company’s operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity.

Mine in the Coeur d’Alene Mining District in Idaho, USA, both the Eliza Silver Project and the Silvert on
