Silver Hammer Clarifies Technical Disclosure and Provides Project Updates
Vancouver, British Columbia / May 6, 2022 – Silver Hammer Minin g Corp. (CSE:
HAMR/OTCQB:HAMRF) (“Silver H ammer” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide
an update, including clarificatio n of technical disclosure, and an update for the Silver
Strand Project in Idaho, and the commencement of exploration field programs at Silverton
Project in Nevada as well as sample results from Eliza.
Silver Strand, Idaho
● The Company wishes to clarify that there are no resource esti mates at Silver
Strand. Any resource estimates referred to in the Company’s disclosure should not
be relied upon as they have not been verified or supported by a compliant National
Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ( “NI 43-101 ”)
technical report.
● A drill program at Silver Strand to test mineralization to 25 0 metres depth below
the existing workings, as well as test select surface targets i s planned for late Q2
or early Q3 2022.
● The Company also plans to file a new NI 43-101 technical repo rt which will include
2021 drill results, repatriated core and assay results from a 2 002 drill program
completed by a previous owner and updated exploration plans for 2022 (Q2 2022).
Eliza and Silverton Projects (Nevada)
● The Company has recently compl eted an initial sampling progra m at Eliza,
including 8 rock samples from th e California Mine area, 1 rock sample from the
Belmont area and 11 rock samples from the Passynak Mine, with results expected,
shortly.
● A mapping and sampling program is also underway to test the p otential strike
length of surface mineralizatio n at Silverton. Data collected f rom the field work is

designed to refine existing ta rgets and generate new target are as along strike as
the Company works towards finalizing phase I drill targets at Silverton.

our understanding of each of our three main past-producing projects,” stated President &
CEO Morgan Lekstrom. “Filing a new technical report for Silver Strand will allow us to not
only add the completed drilling and updated model, but also the additional knowledge
recovered from the previous own er and detailed proposed explora tion plans across the
entire project.”
Qualified Person
Technical aspects of this press release have been reviewed and approved by Philip
Mulholland, a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) with the A merican Institute of
Professional Geologists, Chief Geologist of the Company and the designated Qualified
Person (QP) under NI 43-101.
