NEWS RELEASE

Galway Metals Reports Clarence Stream Drilling Returns 11.6 g/t Gold

Over 4.0 Meters Including 20.7 g/t Over 2.0 Meters

(Toronto, Ontario, July 30, 2025) - Galway Metals Inc. (TSX-V: GWM); OTCQB: GAYMF) (the

"Company" or “Galway”) is pleased to report drill results for 8 diamond drill holes at the Southwest

Deposit in the Company’s 100% -owned flagship Clarence Stream high -grade gold project in New

Brunswick, Canada. The Clarence Stream Gold Project host district-scale potential, with approximately

65-kilometre strike length of highly prospective gold showings and anomalies; and a 2022 MRE of 12.4

Mt @ 2.3 g/t Au Indicated for 922,000 oz., and 16.0 Mt @ 2.6 g/t Au Inferred for 1.334 M oz. gold from

the NI 43 -101 technical report titled “ Technical Report on the Clarence Stream Mineral Resource

Project, New Brunswick, Canada” dated March 31, 2022, by SLR Consulting Ltd.

Rob Hinc hcliffe, President and CEO of Galway, said, “Galway currently has three rigs turning at

Clarence Stream—two at the Southwest Deposit and one at the North Deposit. This drill campaign is

focused on adding near-surface gold ounces, infilling gaps between resource pit shells, and expanding

the known mineralization. Since the start of 2025, we’ve completed 35 holes at the North Deposit,

extending it 350 meters to the north, and drilled 34 holes at the Southwest Deposit, expanding it by 300

meters beyond the 2022 resource model. With a significant number of assays still pending, we expect

strong news flow to continue as we work toward a much larger future resource.”

Highlights (Plan Map)

• BL-266 intersected 11.6 g/t gold over 4.0m including 20.7 g/t gold over 2.0m (Section 1)

• BL-260 intersected 3.0 g/t gold over 10.5m including 8.4 g/t over 3.0m (Section 2)

• BL-259 intersected 1.3 g/t gold over 8.0m

• Ten additional follow-up drill holes are pending assays for this area

Targeted Drilling Connects and Extends High-Grade Gold Zones

The drill holes in this release are in the southwestern portion of the Southwest Deposit. The objective

was to trace high-grade mineralization to surface and tighten spacing between existing intercepts.

Hole BL-266 successfully linked high-grade zones between two earlier holes (BL-152 and BL-172)

and BL-260 and BL-259 intersected gold mineralization below current resource pit shells. This area

will be followed up with tighter spaced (25m) infill holes to bring gold to the surface and add ounces to

a future mineral resource estimate. Ten more drill holes in this area are currently awaiting assays. For

and Coordinate Table)

The Clarence Stream deposits can be characterized as intrusion-related, structurally controlled, quartz-

vein hosted gold deposits. These deposits consist of quartz veins and quartz stockwork within brittle-

ductile fault zones that include adjacent crushed, altered wall rocks and veinlet material. The

mineralized systems are hosted in intrusive and metasedimentary rocks within high strain zones

controlled by regional fault systems. Pyrite, base metal sulphides, and stibnite occur in these deposits

along with anomalous concentrations of bismuth, arsenic, antimony and tungsten. Alteration in the host

rocks is confined within a few metres of quartz veins and occurs mainly in the form of sericitization and

chloritization. A more complete description of Clarence Stream’s geology and mineralization can be

New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistance Program

Galway would like to acknowledge financial support from the New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistance

Program, which will contribute up to $50,000 towards exploration drilling in 2025.

Quality Control and Reports

All core, chip/boulder samples, and soil samples are assayed by Activation Laboratories, located at 41

Bittern Street, Ancaster, Ontario, Canada, Agat Laboratories, located at 5623 McAdam Road,

Mississauga Ontario, Canada L4Z 1N9 and 35 General Aviation Road, Timmins, ON P4P 7C3, and/or

Swastika Laboratories situated in Swastika, ON. All four labs have ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. All

core is under watch from the drill site to the core processing facility. Drill core is NQ size and sample

intervals range from 0.5 meters to 1.5 meters in length. All samples are assayed for gold by Fire Assay,

with gravimetric finish, and other elements assayed using ICP. The Company's QA/QC program

includes the regular insertion of blanks and standards into the sample shipments, as well as instructions

for duplication. Standards, blanks and duplicates are inserted at one per 20 samples. Approximately

five percent (5%) of the pulps and rejects are sent for check assaying at a second lab with the results

averaged and intersections updated when received. Core recovery in the mineralized zones has

averaged 99%.
