Acquisition of Common Shares of Grosvenor Resource Corp.

West Vancouver , BC – April 24 , 2023 . This news release is issued by Ian Rozier

(“Rozier”), pursuant to the early warning requirements of National Instrument 62-104 and

National Instrument 62-103 with respect to common shares of Grosvenor Resource Corp.

(“GVR”).

On April 21, 2023 Rozier acquired 1,113,000 shares of GVR by way of ordinary course

purchases through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of $0.06 per share

for total consideration of $66,780.

Immediately prior to the acquisition, Rozier had beneficial ownership and control over

8,732,712 shares of GVR (32.46%).

Following the acquisition, Rozier has ownership and control over 9,845,712 shares

(36.60%).

Rozier acquired of the shares for investment purposes and may acquire or dispose of further

shares in the future.
