MAILING OF MEETING MATERIALS

VANCOUVER, BC – June 3, 2026 - Getty Copper Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: GTC) announces that the

management information circular and related proxy materials (collectively, the “Meeting Materials”) for the

annual general meeting to be held on June 26, 2025 (“the Meeting”) have been mailed. The Company advises

that in the event of any Canada Post service disruptions, shareholders may access the Meeting Materials on the

System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (“SEDAR+”) at sedarplus.ca. Additionally, the

Company advises there is a typographical error in the information circular providing an incorrect record date.

The record date for the Meeting is May 22, 2025, as stated in the Notice of Meeting and Record Date which was

filed on SEDAR+ on April 25, 2025.
