NEWS RELEASE REDLINE RESOURCES INC. CLOSES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

VANCOUVER, BC: Redline Resources Inc. (the “Company”) announces that it has closed the private placement which was publicized on May 8, 2013. The Company sold a total of 300,000 common shares (the “Shares”) at a price of $0.05 per Share for gross proceeds of $15,000. The Shares are subject to a statutory hold period which expires on September 15, 2013. Proceeds will be used by the Company to pay costs associated with proceeding to completion of its qualifying transaction.
