Palladium One Announces Publication of its 2022 ESG report

July 31, 2023 – Toronto, Ontario – Palladium One Mining Inc. (TSX-V: PDM, OTCQB: NKORF, FRA: 7N11) (the

“Company” or “Palladium One”) is pleased to announce the publication of the Company’s second annual

Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) report (“2022 ESG report”) for the year ended December 31, 2022.

The report is an overview of the Company’s ESG commitments, practices and performance for 2022.
