Nickel One Resources Inc. Closes Transaction and
Acquires 100% Interest in LK Project, Finland
Vancouver, B.C., March 5, 2018 – Nickel One Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: NNN)
announces it has closed the transaction and completed the acquisition pursuant to the Definitive
Agreement signed with Finore Mining (“Finore”) for the purchase of 100% interest in the Lantinen
Koillismaa Platinum Group Element- Copper-Nickel (PGE -Cu-Ni) project (“LK Project”) located in
North-central Finland (see press release dated February 1, 2017).
In connection with the closing, the Company:
• issued 5,000,000 common shares and 2,500,000 common share purchase warrants exercisable at
$0.12 for 24 months from the date of closing;
• will also issue , upon TSX V approval, 250,000 finder’s fee shares in connection with the
acquisition.
All securities issued are subject to a four month hold period from the date of issue.
