Nickel One Resources Inc. Closes $163,184 Second and Final
Tranche of Private Placement. Oversubscribed by $25,684.
Vancouver, BC – Nickel One Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “Nickel One”) is pleased to announce
that it has oversubscribed by $25,684 and closed the second and final tranche of the previously announced
private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit to raise aggregate proceeds of up to
$250,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one half common share pur chase warrant. Each
whole common share purchase warrant is exercisable into one common share for a period of two (2) years
from closing at a price of $0.08 per share.
The Company issued 3,263,690 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $163,184.

share purchase warrant is exercisable into one common share for a period of two (2) years from closing at
a price of $0.08 per share.
All securities issued will be subject to a four -month hold period expiring on September 20 , 2017. The
Company intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for general working capital purposes.
No Finders Fees with respect to any portion of the funds received during the second and final tranche of
this private placement.
