GLENSTAR VENTURES GRANTS OPTIONS
Vancouver, British Columbia—September 10, 2024– Glenstar Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE:GSTR)
is pleased to announce it has granted a total of 1,300,000 stock options to directors and consultants.
850,000 stock options were granted to directors of the Company and 450,000 stock options were granted
to consultants of the Company.
The options were granted at a price of $0.155 per share and are exercisable for a period of three (3) years
from the date of grant, unless terminated earlier.
