GSP RESOURCE CORP. GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – August 17, 2020: GSP Resource Corp. (TSX-V:

GSPR) (the “ Company” or “ GSP”) has granted an aggregate of 490,000 stock options to

consultants, management, and directors of the Company. The stock options are exercisable to acquire

common shares at an exercise price of $0.32 per common share for a term of five years, pursuant to

the terms of the Company’s stock option plan.

focused on projects located in Southwestern British Columbi a. The Company has an option to

acquire a 100% interest and title to the Alwin Mine Copper-Gold-Silver Property in the Kamloops

Property in the Similkameen Mining Division.
