Crestview Exploration Inc. Announces Results of its AGM
Calgary, Canada (July 2nd, 2020) – Crestview Exploration Inc. (CSE: CRS) (“Crestview” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce the results of its first Annual General Meeting (the
“AGM”) held on June 30, 2020.
All matters submitted to shareholders for approval as set-out in the Company’s Notice of the
Meeting and Information Circular, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the
AGM, those being:
1. Setting the number of directors at five (5).
2. Re-appointing the Company directors for the ensuing year: Dimitrios Liakopoulos;
Donald Mackenzie; Louis Lapointe; Mark Abrams; Wei-Tek Tsai.
3. Re-appointing MNP LLP as the Company’s Auditors for the ensuing year at the
remuneration to be fixed by directors.
4. Approving and ratifying the Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan as described in the
Management Information Circular.
5. Granting the proxyholder authority to vote at his/her discretion on any other Business or
amendments of variation to previous resolutions.
Additionally, at the AGM, a resolution to approve the Company’s 2019 audits documents as
distributed with the Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular was proposed
and approved. No other business, amendment or variation was submitted to shareholders for
approval.
