GR Silver Mining Ltd.
("GR Silver Mining" or the
"Company") (TSXV|GRSL, OTCQB|GRSLF, FRANKFURT|GPE) announces that it has received
interest above the previously announced private placement offering of up to 11,000,000 units at a
purchase price of
$0.16
per unit for gross proceeds of
$1,760,000
. Accordingly, the Company is
increasing the offering such that it now proposes to sell up to 12,500,000 units at a price of
$0.16
per unit for gross proceeds of up to
$2,000,000
. All other terms of the offering remain as set out in
the Company's
